Ingredients 4

• Hot dogs or sausages, halved
• Puff pastry
• 1 egg, beaten
• Sesame seeds (optional)

Steps 4

1. Stand the sausage halves cut side down on a lined sheet.
2. Roll the pastry thin, cut it into squares, and poke out eyes and a mouth with a straw.
3. Drape a square over each sausage to make a ghost.
4. Brush with egg, add sesame if you like, and bake at 350°F (180°C) for about 20 min until golden.
